AICE Media Studies

 This is the end of our project and we have finally finished. Cutting down to 2 minutes was a difficult task and a lot of scenes we cut but it still looks nice. I showed it to my mom because she helped us with a lot of scenes and she even likes it. I am very glad that this is finished and we no longer have to stress. I was very stressed and thought we wouldn’t finish it in time but we succeeded. I am glad my brother cooperated and i hope Cambridge likes our final product. 

    Today. we finally finished editing WHOOO! This project took 4 days to edit and to be completed. We started on Monday and today is currently Thursday.  On Monday I sorted through, slightly edited them and put them in a google drive. Perla was the main editor  We finished editing today. Editing late was something that we wanted to avoid, however life works in mysterious ways and sometimes does not go in your favor. We started editing on Monday, and it is Thursday now. It took about 4 days to finalize the project.     

 Hello,  I am back with another blog! Nothing has happened group wise for our project. A personal update is that I broke my iPad, which I do everything on and was planning to edit on 😃. It isn't a big deal because I just bought another replacement yesterday. I hope it comes in a timely manner because I feel most comfortable editing on that. If it does not, I can always edit on my Mac. Editing on a Mac is a very different experience for me.  UPDATE: In the previous blog I stated that I emailed glenna and was waiting for a response. She responded and stated that today she and Perla will work on editing and contact me when they need help.  I uploaded all out clips on a Google Drive and sent them a link and then they started on the editing process. Which I did last night, over the weekend I did not communicate with anyone so I do not know if they tried and reached out. They stated that they did not need my help at the current moment and worked on other things. The communication app th

      Hello, this is an another update about our filming project. Our group project is due is due the 16th of April. We are going to edit the upcoming weekend to try and finish this whole process. I feel like this is dragging on and would honestly like to stop. I am in charge of sorting out our messages, and our filming contents. I have not really spoken to my group members about the projects because this week is testing. I  have not sorted out the films yet because my grandma is coming from Jamaica and I haven't seen her in a long time, so that is more important to me currently.  UPDATE: I still have not made the time to communicate with my group members. They have emailed me and asked for the clips, which I sorted out and sent. I will be editing my parts separately and will cooperate with anything that is needed.        We have finally finished our filming process! WHOOOO! Even with all of our obstacles in the way, we managed to overcome them. We had a scheduled talk on Discord where we decided my house was going to be the filming location. Even though my house is under construction and i didn't want to invite people over until it was finished, this was important. I needed to overlook the fact that my house isn't  finished for my grade.       I actually wrote a long detailed "essay" because of the amount of information I had from filming. I added my media and there was a syncing problem and none of it was saved. I am not proud to admit it but I am currently crying re-writing this because I felt the first one was my best blog yet and I was extremely proud of it. Anyways,..      When it came to filming it was extremely awkward and very silent at first. Until we warmed up to each other, it was very quiet and a tense mood.      Hello,  this is our 2nd blog since we have come back from spring break and nothing much has changed. Me and Glenna have been working out what we are going to do in terms of filming because Perla still has covid.       We still need to film and finish the assignment even with this obstacle. We have changed almost everything because of functionality. We were going to film at Perla's house but now it is being changed to mine. The original problem about filming at my house, is that we just moved in and it's a construction zone. Glenna and my mom said that it will do for now since its our only option. We found some places( a school and park) that is closer to my house so that everything is in the vicinity of my house. We are planning to do a two day filming system and fit as many scenes in as we can. Working on finding extras for our film is a lot more difficult than I anticipated. Everyone is busy, or doesn't have a ride, or another excuse. I am trying to stay clam for our
