PRODUCTION BLOG: UPDATING OUR PLANS

   Hello,  this is our 2nd blog since we have come back from spring break and nothing much has changed. Me and Glenna have been working out what we are going to do in terms of filming because Perla still has covid. 

    We still need to film and finish the assignment even with this obstacle. We have changed almost everything because of functionality. We were going to film at Perla's house but now it is being changed to mine. The original problem about filming at my house, is that we just moved in and it's a construction zone. Glenna and my mom said that it will do for now since its our only option. We found some places( a school and park) that is closer to my house so that everything is in the vicinity of my house. We are planning to do a two day filming system and fit as many scenes in as we can. Working on finding extras for our film is a lot more difficult than I anticipated. Everyone is busy, or doesn't have a ride, or another excuse. I am trying to stay clam for our project and be professional but, I am a nervous reck and I am stressing. 

    I hope that Perla is focusing on her recovery and feeling a lot better. We plan together so that she know what is going on and is involved. 

    Luckily my house is in a central area, so finding new places was not that hard. The approximated time to get to each place is 5 minutes. My siblings are going to take over the role of Perla's siblings and we are working on the rest of the replacements. 

    I have not been updated by Perla and her editing skills progress but I believe she is practicing to complete her part. Even though she cannot film she is still a valued member in our group and we will make sure that her hard work is highlighted as well.

 For our Title blog, Glenna will be making the titles for our movie. She will be using her own font that she created that is from her own handwriting. For the movie title name, she will handwrite that in calligraphy.      The font will be in what she named "JuvinMae" which is the font displayed below.     The contract won't be too low. We plan to make the text white so that it is able to be seen on the screen. We do not plan to lower the opacity or make it anything other than white.     The spacing and the tracking between lines are normal-sized, in our opinion.  The movie I've chosen for this blog is Pokemon Detective Pikachu. I've chosen it from the Art of the Title website.  Titles displayed during this sequence were all the names of the movie's producers. Roles that developed this movie included the director, creator of the story, producers, executive producers, director of photography, production designer, film editors, music producers, and so much more. The names of the Pokemon characters were displayed as well, except that the names are displayed in the Japanese language. Prioritized images would include the Pokemon characters, the design, the movie logo, etc. These images represent the most popular characters of the Pokemon universe. Although I haven't watched the movie, I feel as if these shown characters are the ones that are going to be shown more in the movie.
