PRODUCTION BLOG : EDITING

 Hello,  I am back with another blog! Nothing has happened group wise for our project. A personal update is that I broke my iPad, which I do everything on and was planning to edit on 😃. It isn't a big deal because I just bought another replacement yesterday. I hope it comes in a timely manner because I feel most comfortable editing on that. If it does not, I can always edit on my Mac. Editing on a Mac is a very different experience for me. 

UPDATE: In the previous blog I stated that I emailed glenna and was waiting for a response. She responded and stated that today she and Perla will work on editing and contact me when they need help. 

I uploaded all out clips on a Google Drive and sent them a link and then they started on the editing process. Which I did last night, over the weekend I did not communicate with anyone so I do not know if they tried and reached out.

They stated that they did not need my help at the current moment and worked on other things. The communication app that we used “ Discord” , I had to re-download  it often to see if I was needed. I mad a promise to myself not to re-download it for personal reasons but I did not want to be the problem of the group. I joined a voice chat where they asked me to do something for the google drive, I did it and i was not reached out to since. I believe they will finish editing tomorrow but if not I will do it.

 For our Title blog, Glenna will be making the titles for our movie. She will be using her own font that she created that is from her own handwriting. For the movie title name, she will handwrite that in calligraphy.      The font will be in what she named "JuvinMae" which is the font displayed below.     The contract won't be too low. We plan to make the text white so that it is able to be seen on the screen.  The movie I've chosen for this blog is Pokemon Detective Pikachu. I've chosen it from the Art of the Title website.  Titles displayed during this sequence were all the names of the movie's producers. Roles that developed this movie included the director, creator of the story, producers, executive producers, director of photography, production designer, film editors, music producers, and so much more. The names of the Pokemon characters were displayed as well, except that the names are displayed in the Japanese language. Prioritized images would include the Pokemon characters, the design, the movie logo, etc. These images represent the most popular characters of the Pokemon universe. Although I haven't watched the movie, I feel as if these shown characters are the ones that are going to be shown more in the movie. PRODUCTION BLOG: UPDATING OUR PLANS

     Hello,  this is our 2nd blog since we have come back from spring break and nothing much has changed. Me and Glenna have been working out what we are going to do in terms of filming because Perla still has covid.       We still need to film and finish the assignment even with this obstacle. We have changed almost everything because of functionality. We were going to film at Perla's house but now it is being changed to mine. The original problem about filming at my house, is that we just moved in and it's a construction zone. Glenna and my mom said that it will do for now since its our only option. We found some places( a school and park) that is closer to my house so that everything is in the vicinity of my house. We are planning to do a two day filming system and fit as many scenes in as we can. Working on finding extras for our film is a lot more difficult than I anticipated.
