For our production blogs we have been taking steps to finalize our project before filming. As I have stated in the previous blogs we are working on getting permission for the music.In the media I included it showed the software that my group mate Glenna was exploring and finding a way for us to receive free music. Today got an email granting us the permission to use the music from the artist. I was very happy seeing this news because it. puts us. in the right direction. The time (spring break) that we are going to take to film is coming up very soon. Everything that we have planned and been put in place has been moving forward, which is going us great progress. As for our members individually we are all on task and prepping for our filming and editing. For editing, I am working on skills to be more at an asset to the team. I have been looking at tutorials and doing some personal experimenting.

For this upcoming spring where we have to meet each other ad film, we will be taking the necessary precautions to stay safe. I met Glenna and Perla with a few other friends for a picnic. We are al safe and isolated for most of the time. That was the first time in a long time a lot of us went out. We will use the same techniques and isolate the areas that we will use. For example, go to a side of the park with fewer people to film. We will stay safe and not expose ourselves because we are still in a pandemic,  but work effectively to finish our project. in all, we are finalizing things like costumes and smaller details to have ready and set. We expect for all of our small details to be collectively done by the 19th so we can solely focus on the filming process.

 For our Title blog, Glenna will be making the titles for our movie. She will be using her own font that she created that is from her own handwriting. For the movie title name, she will handwrite that in calligraphy.      The font will be in what she named "JuvinMae" which is the font displayed below.     The contract won't be too low. We plan to make the text white so that it is able to be seen on the screen. We do not plan to lower the opacity or make it anything other than white.     The spacing and the tracking between lines are normal-sized, in our opinion.  The movie I've chosen for this blog is Pokemon Detective Pikachu. I've chosen it from the Art of the Title website.  Titles displayed during this sequence were all the names of the movie's producers. Roles that developed this movie included the director, creator of the story, producers, executive producers, director of photography, production designer, film editors, music producers, and so much more. The names of the Pokemon characters were displayed as well, except that the names are displayed in the Japanese language. Prioritized images would include the Pokemon characters, the design, the movie logo, etc. These images represent the most popular characters of the Pokemon universe. Although I haven't watched the movie, I feel as if these shown characters are the ones that are going to be shown more in the movie. PRODUCTION BLOG: UPDATING OUR PLANS

     Hello,  this is our 2nd blog since we have come back from spring break and nothing much has changed. Me and Glenna have been working out what we are going to do in terms of filming because Perla still has covid.       We still need to film and finish the assignment even with this obstacle. We have changed almost everything because of functionality. We were going to film at Perla's house but now it is being changed to mine. The original problem about filming at my house, is that we just moved in and it's a construction zone. Glenna and my mom said that it will do for now since its our only option. We found some places( a school and park) that is closer to my house so that everything is in the vicinity of my house. We are planning to do a two day filming system and fit as many scenes in as we can. Working on finding extras for our film is a lot more difficult than I anticipated.
