Planning For Music Video Project

 Props: In our music video, the props we decided to use were everyday household items. this would work to our advantage best because we are all social distancing due to COVID -19. Items would b e cellphones, notebooks, plates, television, books and etc. These props go along with our storyline to make our music video as fluent as possible.

Costumes: For our costumes we would be in everyday casual attire. We have three members in our group and will be filming in the comfort of our own homes. Each location for our video will be correlate with the scene but there will be nothing too formal.

Schedule: Our plan is to break our schedule up in a width span of 5 weeks.

On week 1, November 8-14, 2020: Is the initial stages of of our music video. This is the time where we choose our song, did our intro blogs, and researched different music videos and concepts.

On week 2, November 15-21, 2020: This is when we focused more on our blogs than anything else. We all researched different concepts to know a commo goal for our video. We had a call and discussed the best and most efficient way to film and blog our process. From the research we formulated our story board. We each were responsible for one group blog so the work was done collectively and on time.

On week 3,November 22-28, 2020: We took a small day off work because one of our group member is celebrating her birthday. We mainly focused on editing some of the clips sent in by our group members, so we can stay ahead.

On week 4: We tried the plan of sending in all of our videos and items necessary for the music video, so that we can start editing. Both our filming blog and editing blog are due this week so we would make sure those are in on time and perfected. (November 29, 2020) also (December 1-5).

On our final week, week 5 (December 6-12), We will review our video constantly to make sure it is perfectly. It is due the 8th so that gives time for all members to review and correct any mistakes. Also, our CCR is due, it needs to be individually; so we will use our group experience , all of our research and planning to complete it.

Location: Our location is our individual homes, as I stated before we are all social distancing, so this is the best way to keep all of our members safe. We (as a group) devised our project to be done in individual clips and edited as a whole. 

Our back up plan: As a back plan if  one of our members cannot take part in the music video, the other members will take on more roles.
